I specialise in working with trauma, including complex trauma and PTSD, as well as the mental health challenges, destructive behaviours, and relational patterns that often arise as a result. My approach is grounded in identifying and addressing your triggers, exploring unhealthy coping mechanisms, and understanding the ways past experiences influence your current relationships and behaviours. Together, we work to uncover how these patterns have developed and find practical, effective ways to change them, empowering you to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

By focusing on unmet emotional needs and addressing the adaptive behaviours and relational dynamics that stem from trauma, I aim to help clients achieve meaningful and lasting change. My work is centred on creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences, release past traumas, and develop healthier habits, behaviours, and connections with others. Through this process, we can build a pathway to resilience, healthier relationships, and a more fulfilling future.

 

Trauma can manifest in many ways, including feelings of being stuck, self-sabotaging behaviours, or difficulties in relationships. Even if you’re unsure whether your experiences are connected to trauma, my approach is designed to help you better understand yourself, uncover the root causes of your challenges, and create a pathway to healing and growth.

 

For those more aware of the origins of their difficulties, I also specialise in working with individuals who have experienced narcissistic abuse, domestic violence, coercive control, emotional and psychological abuse, as well as the lasting effects of complex trauma. Additionally, I work with families impacted by trauma, helping to navigate relational dynamics, rebuild trust, and foster healthier communication and connection within the family system.
