About Me
I was born and grew up in Cape Town, South Africa. I've now lived in London for over 20 years and happily call it home.
My background is in Electrical Engineering and been part of a design team - designing primary substations and cable routes across Greater London. It taught me invaluable creative problem solving skills and a sharp attention to detail. Skills which I later came to find are essential in therapy too.
Everyone has a story to tell - this is a little bit of mine
Although I enjoyed my work, it had been a long held dream of mine to be of service. The practical, holistic and evidence based approach of Human Givens really resonated with me. I
re-trained as a Human Givens psychotherapist and coach and have never looked back. I get great enjoyment helping people to navigate through difficult times or problems. Helping them to build upon their own resources.
